All Items are packed and shipped from our warehouse - either from the US, UK, CA, Europe, or Asia.

1.In general, products shipped from our warehouse close to the shipping country. Normally 3-5 business days within USA, In an unlikely event of low inventory in our UK, US, Canada and European warehouses, we might have to ship from our Asia warehouse which may extend the shipping time to 7-20 days - you will be notified via email after you have placed an order If this occurs. 

2.It depends on the items location, your location and your shipping choice. For most of our products the shipping takes from 7 to 15 business days. But for some items it can take up to 16 - 30 days, depending on availability and stock status, Also please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order after payment has been verified ( Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded ).

3. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's Control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience, we're really appreciate your understanding :-)
