1. How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-3 business days to process your order and 7-14 business days for delivery, estimated delivery time 8 to 17 business days.

2: Do you offer free shipping?

3. What if I receive a broken product?


If you receive a broken item, we’ll replace it at no cost. Please contact us at info@joy-lights.com. For more information, please check our Return Policy Page

4. Where can I find my tracking number?


As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.

5. How can I track my order?

6. What is the process for exchanging a product?

7. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
